Closing Remarks
The Plank venue was chosen for its range of activities and multi-level space allowing for meet & greets, as a way to engage you with General Contractors, Trade Partners, Owners and MBE, WBE, LGBT and SBE firms. Such activities include: bowling, ping-pong and billiards (see below) where you can rotate throughout the event if you choose to sign up (first come first serve basis) or you can just go with the flow and walk through the space and tabling areas. So we invite you to bring your best self, have fun and start those connections!

BOWLING

Each round will be 5 Frames each and there are 6 lanes for bowling

GC’s/Trade Partners/Owners will rotate each round

There will be 3 slots on each lane during each round for MBE/WBE/LGBT/SBE firms
PING-PONG

Each game will have 4 players (2 teams of 2)

Two of the players (opposite teams) will have a GC/Trade Partner or Owner

The other two players will be MBE/WBE/LGBT/SBE (opposite teams)

This will be organized as a Round Robin Tournament

The ‘winner’ of each round will advance to the next round to play two new players
BILLIARDS

There are 2 billiard tables so there will be 4 participants for each round

There will be 2 individuals for each table for each round

1 participant at each table will be a GC/Trade Partner/Owner

1 participant at each table will be an MBE/WBE/LGBT/SBE
-
This will also be a Round Robin Tournament so that the winner of each round will advance to the next round
